TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you AGREE to the following T.o.S.
They also include what I can and won't draw.

Oh, and please, be kind people, these are my first ever commissions <3- I reserve the right to decline a commission request.- These commissions are meant to be for *PERSONAL USE ONLY- If your request is accepted, I will contact you back for claiming slot confirmation and the exact pricing. Full payment must be sent within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation. Otherwise, it will be canceled.- I give myself between 1 and 3 weeks to complete the commission. The deadline can depend on my IRL situation.- A completed commission cannot be refunded. It is possible for WIP comms, each request will be treated case by case.

* The commissioned artwork may NOT be used for : AI training datasets. NFTs, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities. Any use that violates applicable laws.

- You have to provide me a reference sheet of your character, or at least a bunch of art I can work with it.- Provide me a short character description and some references are additional, but it helps me a lot to work better on the comms !- I am open to 2 revisions during the sketch process per project. Each extra revision will add a +10% fee.- After the sketch is validated by you, don't hesitate to ask me for an update and even minor changes.

- You may post the art online with proper credit / @symphony_artstuff / and you may not claim the art as your own creation. No tracing, using artwork as a "base".- DO NOT remove the watermark of the commissions and DO NOT resell my work for profit. No exceptions.- I may display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media or art examples for commissions, unless otherwise agreed.

I can draw/do >> OC's, Human-oids, anthros, ferals, all sorts of animals/insects, monsters, OG species... soft/mild gore, SFW/non-sexual/artistic nudity.I can't/won't draw >> NSFW/extreme nudity, extreme gore, real people, discriminatory art, anything that can make me feel uncomfortable.

Maybe/ can be difficult >> Mecha, clothing with a lot of details, accessories/objects, complex/urban environment
